The following terms and conditions govern and apply to your use of or reliance on the Site maintained by LES SOINS DE MENEA ("the Site").
By accessing or browsing the Site, you represent that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please note that LES SOINS DE MENEA reserves the right to modify the terms of use at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Site will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not, in the use of the Services, violate the laws of your jurisdiction (including, without limitation, copyright laws).
You may not transmit any computer worms or viruses or any other code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your services.
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property on the Site is owned by LES SOINS DE MENEA or our licensors and includes any copyrighted material, trademarks or patents. All trademarks are owned, registered and/or licensed by us. All content on the Site including, but not limited to, text, software, code, design, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, applications, interactive features and other content is a collective work under Canadian law or under any copyright law and is the property of LES SOINS DE MENEA. The materials on this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or modified, in whole or in part, whether in text, graphic, audio, video, or executable form, without our written permission.

2. HOST OF THE SITE
LES SOINS DE MENEA's website is hosted by the company WHC, whose head office is located in Montreal, Canada.
The user browsing the Site declares that he/she accepts the legal notice and the general conditions of use.
3. LINKS
Hypertext links created directly or indirectly from or to the Site are prohibited, except with the prior written authorization of LES SOINS DE MENEA, which may be revoked at any time.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LES SOINS DE MENEA cannot be held responsible for any material or typographical errors that may occur on the Site. LES SOINS DE MENEA shall also not be held liable in the event of malfunctioning of the Internet network (failure of the telecommunications systems, computer virus, external act of malice, etc.) preventing access to the Site or proper navigation on it.
It is up to the user to take all appropriate measures to protect his own data and software against any attack or virus circulating on the Internet. The publisher declines all responsibility for any damage that may occur during consultation of the Site.
The information provided by the user under their sole responsibility must be accurate, legal, not contain messages contrary to morality or public order and not harm the interests of third parties.
5. CREATION OF A USER ACCOUNT AND USE OF THE ACCOUNT
The creation of an account is not mandatory to place an order.
Any new Customer wishing to create an account must fill in the mandatory fields proposed to him to create his Customer Account. The Customer must accurately fill in the form provided, on which he/she will include the information necessary for his/her identification, in particular his/her name, surname, billing address, delivery address and e-mail address. The Customer shall choose a username and password of his choice (which are personal and confidential) that will allow him to identify himself in order to access his Customer Account, which is a prerequisite to placing an order. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the use of his login and password is equivalent to authentication of the Customer.
Customer is solely responsible for your user account, for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your user account and all passwords associated with your user account, and for the activity of any person who has access to your account with or without your permission;
Customer agrees to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your user account, services provided through your user account, any password linked to your user account, or any other breach of security of your user account or service provided through your user account, and agrees to assist us, as we may request, in stopping or remedying any security breach related to your account; and
Customer agrees to provide true, accurate and current User Information as we may request from time to time, and you agree to notify us of any changes to your User Information as required to keep the information we hold true, accurate and current.
6. TERMINATION OF THE USER'S ACCOUNT
The user has the right to access, modify and delete his personal data by sending an email to lessoinsdemenea@gmail.com
The modification will take place within ten days of receipt of the user's request.
7. PAYMENT
By making a purchase on the Site, you agree to provide a valid payment instrument.
By providing us with a payment instrument, you represent that you have permission to use that payment instrument. When you make a payment, you authorize us and the payment service we use to charge the full amount to the payment instrument you have designated for the transaction. You also authorize us to collect and record that payment instrument and any other information related to the transaction.
The amount charged to your credit card will be the total price of the products shipped to your shipping address, plus taxes and shipping charges.
We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if we believe that the transaction violates these terms and conditions or if we believe that doing so would prevent a financial loss.
8. SALE OF PRODUCTS
The products presented on the Site are intended for natural persons of legal age and domiciled in Canada.
We can modify the prices of our products without notice.
The prices of the products are in Canadian currency.
The validity of the products is limited to the territory of Canada and for the duration of the on-line publication of the products.
Offers are subject to availability. In case of unavailability of a product, LES SOINS DE MENEA undertakes to inform the Customer within forty-eight (48) hours (except during promotional periods during which this period may be extended by a few days) from the receipt of the order and to propose (i) either a new delivery date for the product concerned, (ii) or a replacement product of equivalent quality and price. In the event that the Customer refuses these proposals, or in the event that the Customer does not respond within 30 days, the order for the products that have become unavailable will be cancelled and LES SOINS DE MENEA undertakes not to debit the Customer for the amount of the products concerned. In the event that this amount has already been debited, LES SOINS DE MENEA undertakes to reimburse the Customer, by the same method of payment as that used at the time of purchase, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the date of the Customer's refusal or lack of response.
The photographs and images representing or illustrating the products on the site faithfully reproduce the products offered to the Customer; however, minimal variations in the representation of the products do not engage the responsibility of LES SOINS DE MENEA and do not affect the validity of the sale.
9. DELIVERY
Products can only be delivered in Canada to the delivery address that the Customer has indicated during the ordering process.
The products are delivered within an average of five (5) days which cannot exceed a maximum of 30 working days (excluding weekends, holidays and sales periods), from the time of the order, except for longer delivery times during sales or promotional periods, indicated before the validation of the order by the Customer.
For the follow-up of the delivery of his order, the Customer receives an email from the carrier, at the email address indicated during the creation of his account on the site https://les-soins-de-menea.myshopify.com/
Exceeding a delivery time will not give rise to any damages or interest or withholding of any kind, or cancellation of orders in progress when this overrun results either from the Customer, or from the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract, or from a case of force majeure.
10. VERIFICATION OF THE STATE OF THE PRODUCTS
It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition and conformity of the products upon receipt.
If the delivered Product is damaged, the Customer is advised to contact customer service at lessoinsdemenea@gmail.com
11. USE OF COOKIES
The user is informed that during his visits to the Site, a cookie may, subject to his agreement, be installed on his browser. A cookie is a tracer deposited on the user's terminal which is used to record information relating to the user's navigation on the Site.
The cookie is intended to record information relating to the navigation of the user of the site (products and pages visited by the user) and to facilitate his subsequent visits.
The cookie is also intended to memorize information entered in forms, to manage and secure access to reserved and personal areas such as your account and the Wish List, to provide content related to the user's interests and to personalize the offers of LES SOINS DE MENEA addressed to the user.

Changes will be effective upon posting on the Website.
Your continued access and use of the website and receipt or request of any electronic communication subsequent to any changes to the Privacy Policy signifies your consent to the collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the current version of the Privacy Policy.
