Shipping policy
DELIVERY
Products can only be delivered in Canada to the delivery address that the Customer has indicated during the ordering process.
Products are delivered within an average of seven (7) days, which cannot exceed a maximum of 30 working days (excluding weekends, public holidays and sales periods), from the time of order, except for longer delivery times during sales or promotional periods, indicated before the order is validated by the Customer.
For the follow-up of the delivery of his order, the Customer receives an email from the carrier, at the email address indicated during the creation of his account on the site https://les-soins-de-menea.myshopify.com/
The overtaking of a delivery time will not give place to any damage and interest nor withholding of some kind, nor to cancellation of the orders in progress when this overtaking results either from the fact of the Customer, or from the fact, unforeseeable and insurmountable, of a third party to the contract, or from a case of absolute necessity.
VERIFICATION OF THE STATE OF THE PRODUCTS
It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition and conformity of the products upon receipt.
